We use:

a present continuous to talk about future plans and arrangements, usually with a specific time reference (for example, next week, in August).

b be going to for things we intend to do some time in the future, sometimes with a non-specific time reference (for example, one day, some time).

c be going to when we predict things that we know are likely.
