p. 163, ex. 2. Write the description of a music event you attended. If necessary, invent your own details. Make use of the ‘Learning Tip’. Divide your description into paragraphs and be sure you answered all the questions.

Last summer I attended a very good musical concert. My favourite group came to the city so my friends and I were able to attend it. It was a wonderful event on the stadium. The weather was not very good but it did not spoil the impression from the concert. There were many preparations for the concert but we came just before it started so we have good place to stand. There were a lot of people on the stadium and everybody was happy and excited. Almost everybody was singing with the group and dancing. The music was very exciting, sometimes fast, sometimes slow but still it was very exciting. The people were wearing jeans and T-shirts with the portraits of the group. They were clapping and waving their hands almost all the time. At the end of the event my friend and I felt tired but we were very excited. The concert was really great and exciting.
 

Минулого літа я відвідав дуже хороший музичний концерт. Моя улюблена група приїхала в місто, тому ми з друзями змогли її відвідати. Це була чудова подія на стадіоні. Погода була не дуже гарною, але це не зіпсувало враження від концерту. До концерту готувалися багато, але ми приїхали перед його початком, тому у нас було гарне місця. На стадіоні було багато людей, і всі були щасливі та захоплені. Майже всі разом співали та танцювали. Музика була дуже захоплюючою, іноді швидкою, іноді повільною, але все одно вона була дуже захоплюючою. Люди були одягнені в джинси та футболки з портретами групи. Вони майже весь час плескали та махали руками. Наприкінці заходу ми з другом відчули втому, але були дуже схвильовані. Концерт був дійсно чудовим і захоплюючим.
