1. The shoemaker makes small pairs of T-shirts.  true

– Швець щасливий, тому що в ельфів є новий одяг.

The shoemaker wants to say ‘thank you’ to the elves, so he makes five beautiful small pairs of trousers and shirts. That night, he leaves the clothes on the table with the leather. In the morning the clothes are gone, but the leather is still there.

First, the shoemaker is sad. ‘The elves are not making shoes for me anymore!’ he thinks. But then he thinks, ‘It’s great. The elves have beautiful, new clothes and I have a good life now.’

Швець хоче подякувати ельфам, тому він шиє п’ять гарних маленьких комплектів зі штанів і сорочок. Тієї ночі він залишає одяг на столі разом зі шкірою. Уранці одяг зникає, але шкіра залишається на місці.

Спочатку швець засмучується. «Ельфи більше не виготовляють для мене взуття!» – думає він. Але потім він думає: «Це чудово. В ельфів є гарний новий одяг, а в мене тепер хороше життя».
