In Ukraine, Christmas is an important tradition. It is celebrated on December 25th. Families gather together and prepare a special Christmas dinner with twelve traditional dishes, such as kutia and borshch. People sing Christmas carols and visit relatives and neighbours. Many people also decorate their homes and go to church. This tradition is important because it brings families together and keeps Ukrainian culture alive.
В Україні Різдво є важливою традицією. Його святкують 25 грудня. Родини збираються разом і готують особливу різдвяну вечерю з дванадцяти традиційних страв, таких як кутя та борщ. Люди співають різдвяні колядки й відвідують родичів та сусідів. Багато хто також прикрашає свої домівки та йде до церкви. Ця традиція важлива, тому що вона об’єднує родини та зберігає українську культуру.
