The Rules of Healthy Lifestyle

1.    Do not spend long hours in bed.
2.    Being out of doors and communicating with other people.
3.    No smoking; and minimum of alcohol.
4.    Go in for sport.
5.    Never do what you don't like doing.
6.    Do not listen to loud music.
7.    Spend much time with your friends outside by visiting interesting places.
